100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

All products ordered from Glove It are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or refund the product purchase price (excluding shipping costs). All purchases are refundable within a 30-day calendar period from receipt of the product(s). All purchases of $99 or more (excluding shipping charges) incur a $.50 per item restocking fee if item(s) are returned or the order is cancelled. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Please see our return section for further details.


Shipping Options

Glove It offers multiple shipping options for delivery within the US plus international shipping across the globe.

In stock items will be processed within 2 business days. Expedited (2-Day/Next Day) orders placed by 11:00 AM MST will be processed within 1 business day. To calculate estimated delivery date add processing time to transit time. For example, an item that's processed in 2 business days and shipped using Standard shipping (1-5 business days) will arrive in 3-7 business days.

  • Shipping Carrier available is Fed-Ex.
  • Tracking is available for Standard, 2-Day and Next Day shipments. Email info@gloveit.com to track a shipped order.
  • Pricing varies depending upon carrier and method selected.

Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Glove It, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Returns

If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the quality of product and/or service provided, you may return the product(s) within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order for a refund (excluding all shipping fees and re-stocking fees). Contact our Customer Service department at info@GloveIt.com or call 866-968-2021 Ext. 104 for pre-approval before returning any products. Refunds are issued to the Purchaser. If the item(s) and/or shipment is "refused" upon delivery Purchaser will still be responsible for all shipping fees and re-stocking fees.

All returned items must be unused and in their original pre-shipping condition with all original tags attached. Include in the box a copy of the Invoice. Sorry, but Glove It  cannot reimburse for shipping costs. Purchases of $99 or more (excluding shipping charges) incur a 10% restocking fee if item(s) are returned.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to Glove It. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received by Glove It.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after Glove It receives your order. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at info@GloveIt.com to ensure that your order is being processed.

Do I need to provide a valid e-mail address and phone number?
We may need to contact you with a question regarding your order. Should we need to contact you, we will need a phone number where you can be reached and a valid e-mail address.

Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered; or it is not on its way to being delivered. When making changes, please e-mail us at info@GloveIt.com and include your name and order confirmation number, along with your daytime and evening phone numbers, to facilitate the process.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
All online credit card purchases are conducted through our secured server, preventing third party intervention. Additionally, all credit card numbers are encrypted with the latest encryption technology. Our multi-layered security ensures your credit card safety. Always look for the "Closed Lock" or "Unbroken Key" when entering personal credit card information.

Which credit cards are accepted?
Glove It accepts American Express, MasterCard, and VISA.

When will my credit card be charged?
Glove It will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to Glove It.

If you don't want to use your credit card on-line, feel free to fax us your credit card number and order. The fax number is 480-968-2380.

What was the total charged to my credit card?
When you place your order online, you are presented with the price of the merchandise, as well as the shipping charge that is applicable. In addition to these costs, you will be charged sales tax if you are a resident of Arizona. Following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail from Glove It.

Will I have to pay sales tax on Internet orders?
Only Arizona residents must pay sales tax.

Do you accept other forms of payment besides credit cards?
Glove It also accepts money orders, as well as cashier's checks.
When submitting a money order or cashier's check, please allow 5-10 working days for the check to clear the financial institution before your order will be processed.
