Licensed Marks) Glove It will present to Komen for its approval, prior to printing, distribution, publication, display, or use, any and all promotional materials and scripts of all statements, oral or written, to be made by Glove It, its agents or spokespersons, which use or refer to said Licensed Marks.

(Promotion) (i) must specifically state in a clear, unambiguous and readily-identifiable fashion that Glove It has donated $1.80 to Komen in connection with this product, with a Guaranteed Minimum Donation of $10,000.00. (ii) All promotional and sales materials for website sales of the Product (i.e. retail sales) must specifically state in a clear, unambiguous and readily-identifiable fashion that during the program Period, Glove It will donate to Komen $1.80 from each sale of the product, with a guaranteed Minimum Donations of $10,000.00

Glove It acknowledges that Komen is implementing a new branding initiative in or around January 2007 that involves changes to the name, iconography and certain trademarks associated with the foundation. The parties agree to work together in good faith to implement the use of the new branding in connection with the Program to the extent practicable.
